  • What areas does Your Laundry Assistant serve?

    Your Laundry Assistant offers laundry pickup and delivery across the Kansas City Northland, including Liberty, Gladstone, Parkville, Kansas City, North Kansas City, Independence, Blue Springs, and Lee's Summit, MO

  • How does laundry pickup and delivery work?

    Schedule a pickup online and set your bagged laundry outside your door. We pick up daily, usually between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, then wash, dry, and neatly fold your laundry and deliver it back to your doorstep, usually within two days.

  • How much does wash and fold laundry service cost?

    Residential wash, dry & fold is $2.60 per pound with a 20-pound minimum. Comforters are $25 (twin/full) to $30 (queen/king) and pillows are $12.

  • How fast is your turnaround time?

    Most orders are completed within two days. Faster turnaround may be available on request, depending on volume and availability.

  • What detergents do you use? Do you have options for sensitive skin?

    We use high-quality detergents and can accommodate fragrance-free or free-and-clear products at no extra charge. We can also use customer-supplied products on request.

  • Do you wash large items like comforters and bedding?

    Yes. We wash comforters, blankets, and bedding,  in addition to everyday clothing and towels.

  • Do you offer commercial laundry service for businesses?

    Yes. We provide commercial wash, dry, and fold for businesses such as short-term rentals, salons and spas, medical offices, and hotels, with reliable pickup and delivery.

  • Is Your Laundry Assistant locally owned?

    Yes. Your Laundry Assistant is a locally owned, woman-owned and veteran-owned business founded by Stephenie Gordon, based in Liberty, MO.
